The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC, challenging the Commerce Department's final scope ruling finding that temporary-use spare tires made by Cheng Shin Rubber Ind. Co. Ltd. weren't covered by the scope of the antidumping duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Taiwan. # 24-00165. Filed Sept. 4.

ParMarr & Associates LLC, challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. # 24-00166. Filed Sept. 4.
