Alpine Corp., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its water pumps of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8413.70.2004, free of duty, and secondary subheading 9903.88.01, which carries a 25% Section 301 duty, should be excluded from paying Section 301 duties under secondary subheading 9903.88.67. # 24-00146. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc., Center for Biological Diversity and Animal Welfare Institute, challenging various federal agencies' failures to ban the import of fish and fish products from foreign fisheries that don't comport with U.S. bycatch standards. # 24-00148. Filed Aug. 8.

Acquisition 362, LLC, doing business as Strategic Import Supply, LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its passenger vehicle light truck tires of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 4011.10.1030, dutiable at 105.31%, should be classified under subheading 4011.10.1030, dutiable at 13.93%. # 24-00149.
