The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

Sahamitr Pressure Container Plc., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steel propane cylinders from Thailand, covering entries in 2021-22. # 24-00064. Filed March 25.

Innolux Corp., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its LCD monitors used in automobiles of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9013.80.9000, dutiable at 4.5%, should be classified under subheadings 8531.20.0020, 8528.59.2500 or 9013.80.7000, free of duty. # 24-00065. Filed March 26.
