Jindal Poly Films Limited, challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip from India, covering entries in 2021. # 24-00053. Filed Feb. 27.

Nature's Touch Frozen Foods, LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its frozen berry mixtures of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 0811.80.8085 and 0811.90.8095, dutiable at 14.5%, should be classified under HTS subheading 0811.90.20, free of duty, and as USMCA-originating under subheading 2106.90.99. # 24-00054.
