Blue Tees Enterprises LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its speakers of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8518.22.0000, free of duty, and secondary subheading 9903.88.15, which carries a 7.5% Section 301 duty, qualifies for an exclusion to the Section 301 duties under subheading 9903.88.67. # 24-00028. Voith US Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest challenging the classification of its entries. # 24-00029. Filed Feb. 6.

Pitts Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Dorsey Intermodal, challenging the Commerce Department's final scope ruling finding that Pitts' axle and landing gear components are covered by the antidumping duty order on chassis and subassemblies from China. # 24-00030. Filed Feb. 6.

Samsonite LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its backpacks, duffels, portfolios, briefcases, messenger bags, padfolios and binders qualify for exclusions to Section 301 duties. # 24-00031. Filed Feb. 6.
