The following lawsuit was recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

BYD (H.K.) Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final determination that crystaline silicon photovoltaic cells that are being exported from Cambodia to the U.S. are circumventing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on solar cells from China. #23-00221. Filed Oct. 17.
