The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

Geotab Inc. and Geotab USA, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its fleet management cellular communications devices of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 8526.91.0040, free of duty, and secondary subheading 9903.88.01, dutiable at 25%, should be classified under subheading 8517.62.0090, free of duty, and secondary subheading 9903.88.15, dutiable at 7.5%. #23-00185.
