The following lawsuit was recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

Suprajit Controls, Div. of Suprajit USA Inc. and successor-in-interest to Kongsberg Automotive Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its actuator assemblies of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8501.10.60, dutiable at 2.8%, and secondary subheading 9903.88.02, should be classified under subheading 8501.10.60, dutiable at 2.8% but free of the Section 301 duties. #23-00181.
