American Kitchen Cabinet Alliance, challenging CBP's initial determination of antidumping and countervailing duty evasion by Scioto Valley Woodworking concerning the company's imports of wooden cabinets and vanities from China. # 23-00140. Filed July 11.

Razor USA LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its self-balancing electric scooters of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8711.60.00 and secondary subheading 9903.88.02 should be cleared of a 25% duty via classification under subheading 9503.00.00. # 23-00141. Filed July 14.

Strato, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its parts of railway or tramway locomotives or rolling stock, hooks and other coupling devices, buffers and parts thereof were substantially transformed and thus should not be assessed Section 301 duties. # 23-00142. Filed July 14.

Asia Wheel Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final scope ruling finding that certain truck wheels made by Asia Wheel Co. in Thailand fall within the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on steel wheels 22.5 to 24.5 inches in diameter from China. # 23-00143. Filed July 14.
