Former Freshfields Managing Partner Joins King & Spalding in Global Investigations Practice

Olivia Radin, former managing partner of Freshfields' New York office, has joined King & Spalding as a partner in the Special Matters and Government Investigations team based in New York, the firm announced. Radin will represent clients on significant risk matters involving "allegations of fraud, bribery, workplace misconduct, accounting and securities fraud, market manipulation, mis-selling and anti-money laundering violations," the firm said.
