The United States, challenging Jihua "Mike" Liu and Sun Ray Group Inc., to recover unpaid customs duties and civil penalties involving 216 entries of dried and dehydrated garlic, onion and other vegetable products. #22-00330. Filed Dec. 6.
Kuester Systems Mexico S de RL, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its "other parts of motor vehicles: other parts of bodies," classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8708.29.5160, should receive duty-free treatment under the USMCA. #22-00331. Filed Dec. 5.
Ideavillage Products Corp., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its shavers and replacement cutting heads of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8510.30.0000, dutiable at 4.2%, should be classified under subheading 8510.10.0000, free of duty. #22-00332. Filed Dec. 6.

The Center for Biological Diversity, the Animal Welfare Institute, and the Natural Resources Defense Council, challenging the Interior Department's delay in responding to a 2014 petition to certify Mexico under the Pelly Amendment, for its failure to halt illegal fishing and international trade in the totoaba, an endangered fish. #22-00339.
