Ore. Deafblind Communication Services to Launch Jan. 2

Oregon will start communication facilitator services Jan. 2 for deafblind residents, the Oregon Public Utility Commission said Tuesday. The Bridges Oregon program will help people who communicate using American Sign Language through tactile or close vision methods to make and receive video-to-video and video relay service calls, the PUC said.
