Trade-Related Court Cases Filed Aug. 8-14
The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Aug. 8-14:
Aluminum Extrusions Fair Trade Committee, challenging CBP's final determination in the Enforce and Protect Act investigation on aluminum extrusions from China. #22-00236. Filed Aug. 11.
