JA Solar Technology Yangzhou Co., Ltd, Shanghai JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd., JA Solar Co., Ltd. (a.k.a. JingAo Solar Co., Ltd.) and JA Solar (Xingtai) Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, covering entries in 2019. #22-00232. MTD Consumer Group, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its terrain vehicles liquidated by CBP under subheading 8704.31.0020 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the U.S. (25%) should instead be classified under subheading 8703.21.0150 (2.5%). #22-00233. Filed Aug. 5.
