Risen Energy Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, covering entries in 2019. #22-00231. Filed Aug. 3.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
