Wismeettac Asian Foods, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its sushi ginger liquidated under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 2001.90.60, dutiable at 14%, and 2008.99.91, dutiable at 6%, should be classified under subheadings 0910.11.00, free of duty, and 2008.99.91, dutiable at 6%. #22-00193.
