Cozy Comfort Company, LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its pullover sweater of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 6110.30.3059, dutiable at 32%, should be classified under either 6307.90.9891, dutiable at 7%; 6301.40.0020, dutiable at 8.5%; or 6114.30.3070, dutiable at 14.9%. #22-00173.
