SPECTOR & Co., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its notebooks of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 4820.10.20.60, free of duty but subject to Section 301 China tariffs, should be classified under subheading 9802.00.5060, dutiable on the value of the repairs or alterations and/or free. #22-00164. Eteng Technology, Ltd., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its backpacking tents of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 6302.22.90, dutiable at 8.8%, should be classified under HTS subheading 6306.22.10, free of duty. #22-00167. Filed June 3.
Coalition of American Flange Producers, challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel flanges from India, covering entries in 2019-2020. #22-00168. Filed June 3.
