The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of May 9-15:

HiSteel Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from South Korea, covering entries in 2019-2020. #22-00142. Filed May 9.

Husteel Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods from South Korea, covering entries in 2019-2020. #22-00143. Filed May 9.

Amini Innovation Corp., challenging Commerce's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China, covering entries in 2020. #22-00144. Filed May 10.

Kaptan Demir Celik Endustrisi ve Ticaret A.S., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bars from Turkey, covering entries in 2019. #22-00149. Filed May 12.

General Cable Industries, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its aluminum cable of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9903.85.0300, dutiable at 14.9% with Section 232 steel and aluminum tariffs, should be classified under subheading 7614.90.2030, dutiable at 4.9%, without the Section 232 duties as deemed invalid by CIT in a prior case. #22-00150. Coalition of American Manufacturers of Mobile Access Equipment, challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from China. #22-00152. Filed May 13.
