The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

General Cable Industries, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its aluminum cable of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9903.85.0300, dutiable at 14.9% with Section 232 steel and aluminum tariffs, should be classified under subheading 7614.90.2030, dutiable at 4.9%, without the Section 232 duties as deemed invalid by CIT in a prior case. #22-00150. Boshart Industries LLC, challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #22-00151. Filed May 13.

Coalition of American Manufacturers of Mobile Access Equipment, challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from China. #22-00152. Filed May 13.
