OCTAL Inc. and OCTAL SAOC-FZC, challenging the International Trade Commission's affirmative determination in the five-year sunset review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate resin from Oman. #22-00135. Filed May 2.

Nucor Corporation, challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on cold-rolled steel flat products from South Korea, covering entries in 2019. #22-00137. Filed May 6.

Hyundai Steel Company, challenging Commerce's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods from South Korea, covering entries in 2019-2020. #22-00138. Filed May 6.

AJU Besteel Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods from South Korea, covering entries in 2019-2020. #22-00139. Filed May 6.

NEXTEEL Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods from South Korea, covering entries in 2019-2020. #22-00140. Filed May 6.

Southwest Airlines Co., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming CBP unlawfully collected Customs Passenger Processing Fees on certain flights. #22-00141. Filed May 6.
