NSS Says NGSO Plans Have Canadian Authorization

New Spectrum Satellite's proposed non-geostationary orbit constellation, awaiting U.S. market access approval (see 1707270023), received regulatory OK from Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, it told the FCC International Bureau last week. It said it expects to amend its FCC applications to ensure the U.S. requests line up with its Canadian authorization.
