Zhejiang Sanmei Chemical Ind. Co., Ltd., Shandong Dongyue Chemical Co., Ltd. and Huantai Dongyue International Trade Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping investigation into pentafluoroethane from China. #22-00103. Filed April 4.

Coastal Cocktails Inc., challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #22-00104. Filed April 5.

AAA Jewelers Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its jewelry clad in precious metals of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 7113.19.2500 and 7113.19.5090 qualify for duty-free treatment under the U.S.-Oman Free Trade Agreement. #22-00105. Filed April 5.
