The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

GreenFirst Forest Products Inc. and GreenFirst Forest Products (QC) Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's refusal to initiate a changed circumstances review to find whether GreenFirst is the successor-in-interest to Rayonier A.M. Canada G.P. #22-00097. Filed March 25.

Nucor Corporation, challenging a January CIT decision sustaining the Commerce Department's second remand results in a case over the countervailing duty investigation of cold-rolled steel products from South Korea. #22-1576. Filed March 25.
