The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

Viking Drill and Tool, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its high-speed steel drill rods of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 7228.10.0030 were granted Section 232 steel production exclusion codes but were still assessed Section 232 duties. #22-00058. Filed Feb. 26.

H&B Specialized Products, Inc., challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #22-00059. Filed Feb. 28.
