Zoetis Services LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its chlortetracycline concentrate feed grade powder of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 2309.90.1050, subject to Section 301 tariffs, should be classified under subheading 3003.20.0000, which is free of the tariffs. #22-00056.
