Moen Incorporated, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its faucets of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 8481.80.1020 and 8481.80.1030 qualify for Section 301 tariff exclusions under secondary subheading 9903.88.38. #22-00046. Filed Feb. 15.

KG Dongbu Steel Co., Ltd., Dongbu Steel Co., Ltd. and Dongbu Incheon Steel Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from South Korea, covering entries in 2019. #22-00047. Filed Feb. 16.
