The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

PF America Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its vinyl tile flooring coverings qualify for an exclusion to the Section 301 China tariffs under Harmonized Tariff Schedule secondary subheading 9903.88.46. #22-00020. Filed Jan. 25.

Dave Carber Associates, Inc., challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #22-00021. Filed Jan. 25.

Victaulic Company, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its parts of fire suppression systems -- namely, VicFlex brackets, VicFlex assemblies and sprinkler pendents -- were misclassified by CBP and also qualify for an exclusion to the Section 301 China tariffs. #22-00022. Filed Jan. 26.
