The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Dec. 27 - Jan. 2:

Pacific Accelerator Limited and Chongqing Changyuan Group Limited, challenging the International Trade Commission's final determination in the five-year sunset review of the antidumping duty order on potassium permanganate from China. #21-00643. Filed Dec. 31.
