The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

Wind Tower Trade Coalition, challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the less-than-fair-value investigation into utility scale wind towers from Malaysia and the resulting antidumping duty order. #21-00629. Filed Dec. 21.
