Shamrock Building Materials, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its electrical metallic tubing finished conduit and intermediate metal conduit of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 7306.30.1000 or 7306.30.5028, dutiable at 25%, should be classified under HTS subheading 8547.90.0020, duty-free. #21-00571. Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its supported selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalysts qualify for Section 301 exclusions under Harmonized Tariff Schedule secondary subheadings 9903.88.46 and 9903.88.56. #21-00573. Filed Oct. 29.
Nagase & Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on glycine from Japan. #21-00574. Filed Oct. 29.
