The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

Rimco, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that antidumping and countervailing duties imposed on its steel wheels measuring 22.5" to 24.5" in diameter qualify as excessive fines in violation of the Eighth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. #21-00537. Filed Sept. 22.

Wuxi Tianran Photovoltaic Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on crystaline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China, covering entries in 2018. #21-00538. Filed Sept. 23.
