Trade-Related Court Cases Filed Aug. 23-29
The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Aug. 23-29:
Industrials Negromex, S.A. de C.V., and Dynasol, LLC, challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Mexico covering entries from 2018 to 2019. #21-00495. Filed Aug. 24.
K-Swiss Inc., challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #21-00497. Filed Aug. 27.

Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit for the week of Aug. 23-29:
United States, appealing a July 21 CIT decision sustaining Commerce's remand results concluding that Shelter Forest International Acquisition's hardwood plywood from China does not constitute later-developed merchandise circumventing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders. #21-2240. Filed Aug. 25.
United States, appealing a June 10 CIT decision allowing litigation to continue on a case challenging the president's expansion of Section 232 steel and aluminum tariffs onto “derivative” products. #21-2252. Filed Aug. 26.
Zhejiang Machinery Import & Export Corp., appealing a June 23 CIT decision affirming the Commerce Department's remand results that found that Zhejiang failed to show an absence of de facto government control, making it ineligible for a separate rate in the antidumping duty review of tapered roller bearings from China. #21-2257. Filed Aug. 27.
