Bosch Rexroth Corporation, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its hydraulic powered swing, winch and travel drives of Harmonized Tariff Schedule 8412.29.8045 qualify for Section 301 tariff exclusions under secondary subheading 9903.88.14. #21-00367. Filed July 30.
Tokyo Ohka Kogyo America, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest over its entries of photoresists and all other chemical products for photographic uses. #21-00371. Filed Aug. 2.
KHQ Investment LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its apparel qualifies for first sale valuation. #21-00374. Filed Aug. 3.
Catfish Farmers of America, America's Catch, Inc., Alabma Catfish, LLC, Consolidated Catfish Companies LLC, Delta Pride Catfish, Inc., Guidry's Catfish, Inc., Heartland Catfish Company, Magnolia Processing, Inc. and Simmons Farm Raised Catfish, Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam. #21-00380. Mannington Mills, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its vinyl floor tiles of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 3918.10.1000 qualify for Section 301 tariff exclusions under secondary subheading 9903.88.46. #21-00383. Filed Aug. 6.
Fuji Manufacturing USA, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its aluminum plates should be classified under HTS subheading 3701.30.0000 and qualify for Section 232 steel and aluminum tariff exclusions. #21-00384. Filed Aug. 6.
