Optima Steel International, LLC, and Tokyo Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's antidumping assessment instructions issued for hot-rolled steel merchandise made by Tokyo Steel and imported by Optima subject to the AD administrative review for the 2016-17 period. #21-00327. Filed July 9.

Foxti, Inc., challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #21-00328. Filed July 9.
