CBP issued the following releases on commercial trade and related matters:

USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Allows Electronic Copies of Veterinary Certificates and Phytosanitary Certificates in ACE-DIS (here)
Implementation of Sewing Thread Chapter Rule requirement for apparel goods of Chapters 61 and 62 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) for apparel importations claiming preference under USMCA. Effective July 1, 2021 (here).
