The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

CVB, Inc., challenging the International Trade Commission's final affirmative injury determinations in the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on mattresses from Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam. #21-00288. Filed June 14.
