The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of May 17-23.

Alive Distributor Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its garments were improperly excluded from entry and that it is the true purchaser and owner of the garments. #21-00236. Filed May 19.

FCMT, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its wearing apparel was improperly denied first sale valuation. #21-00242, #21-00243 and #21-00247. Filed May 21.

S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its plastic food storage bags of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 3923.21.0030 (3.0%) should be classified under subheading 3924.90.5650 and enter duty-free under the Generalized System of Preferences benefits program. #21-00244. Filed May 21.

Anatolia Tile & Stone, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its glass mosaic tiles qualify for Section 301 exclusions under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9903.88.33. #21-00245. Filed May 21.

Assan Aluminyum Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., challenging the Commerce Department's final affirmative determination of sales at less than fair value for alloy aluminum sheet from Turkey and resulting antidumping duty order. #21-00246. Filed May 21.

Fedmet Resources Corporation, challenging the constitutionality of Commerce's final affirmative determination of evasion of the AD/CVD orders on magnesia alumina carbon brick from China. #21-00248. Filed May 21.
