Rosenworcel to EBB ISPs Doing Upselling: 'Knock It Off'

The FCC is reviewing its systems for the emergency broadband benefit “on a day-to-day basis” to identify whether changes are needed, acting Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel told reporters Thursday.
