Hilti, Inc., challenging President Donald Trump's imposition of 25% Section 232 tariffs on steel and aluminum “derivatives” as made in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act. #21-00216. Filed May 5.

EastPoint Sports Ltd., LLC, challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #21-00217. Filed May 5.
