The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of April 26 - May 2:

Norca Industrial Company, LLC, challenging CBP's Enforce and Protect Act administrative review and final determination that found it evaded antidumping duties on carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from China. #21-00192. Filed April 27.

International Piping & Procurement Group, LP, challenging CBP's Enforce and Protect Act administrative review and final determination that found it evaded AD duties on carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from China. #21-00193. Filed April 27.

Global Aluminum Distributor LLC, challenging CBP's Enforce and Protect Act final determination that found it evaded antidumping duties on aluminum extrusions from China. #21-00198. Filed April 28.

Cyber Power Systems (USA) Inc., on the classification of uninterruptible power supplies. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8504.40.7012 (25%) and secondary subheading 9903.88.03. Cyber Power Systems says the merchandise is classifiable under subheading 8504.40.9540 (free) and secondary subheading 9903.88.46. #21-00199. Filed April 28.

Cyber Power Systems (USA) Inc., on the classification of telecommunications cables. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8544.42.20 and alternate subheading 9903.88.03 (25%). Cyber Power Systems says the merchandise is classifiable under subheading 8544.42.20 and alternate subheading 9903.88.33 (free). #21-00200. Filed April 28.

Flow Control LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its machinery qualifies for Section 301 exclusions under approved product exclusions. Flow Control also claims its entries should be adjusted to take into account the valuation reconciliation performed pursuant to the computed value methodology. #21-00201. Filed April 29.

Cyber Power Systems (USA) Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its wall plug connectors of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 8537.10.9170 and 9903.88.03 (25%) should be classified under subheadings 8536.69.80 and 9903.88.56 (free). #21-00203. Filed April 29.

Hialeah Aluminum Supply, Inc., challenging CBP's Enforce and Protect Act investigation that found it evaded AD duties on aluminum extrusions from China. #21-00207. Filed April 29.
