The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

Tau-Ken Temir LLP and JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk, challenging Commerce's final determination on the countervailing duty investigation that led to the imposition of duties on silicon metal from Kazakhstan. #21-00173. Filed April 19.

Tata International Metals (Americas) Ltd., challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #21-00174. Filed April 20.
