Meyer Corporation, U.S., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its cookware imports are entitled to first sale valuation and that cookware from Thailand was denied GSP treatment. #21-00103. Filed March 15.
Golden Brothers, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its lift chair components should be classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9402.90.00 and qualify for Section 301 exclusions under secondary subheading 9817.00.96. #21-00105. Filed March 15.
STMicroelectronics, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its electronic components of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8541.29.0095 qualify for Section 301 exclusions under secondary subheading 9903.88.14. #21-00106 and #21-00110. Filed March 15 and 16, respectively.
Jeld-Wen, Inc., challenging the International Trade Commission's final affirmative determination on the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on wood moldings and millwork products from China. #21-00114. Filed March 17.
