Trade-Related Court Cases Filed Feb. 8-14

The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Feb.8-14:

A master case was filed for all litigation challenging the validity of the lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on China (see 2102100049). #21-00052-3JP. Filed Feb. 10.

Advantus Corp., seeking refunds of Section 301 tariffs paid on entries of duffel bags, backpacks, padfolios and similar products that were subsequently the subject of a Section 301 exclusion issued after the relevant protest period expired. #21-00055. Filed Feb. 11.

Doosan Fuel Cell America, Inc., challenging CBP's reclassification of its steam methane reformer model PC50 under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8503.00.9550 (3%). Doosan claims the proper HTS subheading is 8405.10.0000 (free). #21-00057. Filed Feb. 12.

GoPro, Inc., contesting CBP's classification of its imported camera housings under subheading 4202.99.9000 (20%). GoPro says its camera housings should be listed under subheading 8529.90.86 (free). #21-00058. Filed Feb 14.
