Celik Halat Ve Tel Sanayi A.S., challenging the Commerce Department's final determination on the antidumping duty investigation that led to the imposition of duties on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Turkey. #21-00045. Filed Feb. 1.
Kent Displays Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its eWriter device imports of tariff subheading 9013.80.7000 qualify for exclusions from the Section 301 tariffs on China under subheading 9903.88.19. #21-00046. Filed Feb. 2.
Coalition of American Millwork Producers, challenging Commerce's final determination on the antidumping duty investigation on wood mouldings and millwork products from Brazil. #21-00047. Filed Feb. 2.
Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co. Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand covering entries in 2018-19. #21-00049. Filed Feb. 2.
