The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Dec. 7-13:

Jiangsu Senmao Bamboo and Wood Industry Co., Ltd.; Jiangsu Keri Wood Co., Ltd.; and Sino-Maple (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the countervailing duty administrative review on multilayered wood flooring from China covering entries in 2017. #20-03885. Elemental LED, on the classification of LED tape lights. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9405.40.84 (3.9%). Elemental says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8539.50.00 (2%) or 8543.70.7100 (2%). #20-03888. Filed Dec. 7.

Nexteel, challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on welded line pipe from South Korea covering entries in 2017-18. #20-03898. Filed Dec. 11.

Baroque Timber Industries (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. and Riverside Plywood Corporation, challenging Commerce's final results of the countervailing duty administrative review on multilayered wood flooring from China covering entries in 2017. #20-03899. Filed Dec. 11.

U.S. government, seeking $20.9 million in penalties from Winland International (doing business as Super Tire), its corporate officers and agents, and several people in China, for evading antidumping duties on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China. #20-03902. Filed Dec. 11.

Spartan Tools, seeking to recover Section 301 duties that it paid on the protested merchandise at the time of entry, but for which the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative subsequently granted an exclusion from Section 301 duties. #20-03903. Filed Dec. 11.
