CBP CROSS Rulings System Updated June 4

The Customs Rulings Online Search System (CROSS) was updated on June 4. The following headquarters rulings were modified recently, according to CBP:

• H310256: Request for a Ruling on the Application of Section 232 and AD/CVD Duties to Recoverable Waste Withdrawn and Entered from a Foreign Trade Zone. Ruling Date: May 8, 2020
• H302181: Binding ruling request on the tariff classification of certain cellular mobile hotspots. Ruling Date: Oct .23, 2019
• H301201: Revocation of HQ 957189; Classification of anti-reflection coated silicon wafers. Ruling Date: Oct. 18, 2019.
