The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of March 9-15:

Heze Huayi Chemical Co., Ltd. and Juancheng Kangtai Chemical Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on chlorinated isocyanurates from China entered in 2017-18. #20-00058. Filed March 9.

Yama Ribbons and Bows Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results of the countervailing duty administrative review on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China entered in 2017. #20-00059. Filed March 9.

Diamond Tools Technology LLC, challenging CBP's final determination in an Enforce and Protect Act investigation that it evaded antidumping duties on diamond sawblades from China (see 1910020026). #20-00060. Filed March 12.
