Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.and Borusan Mannesmann Pipe U.S. Inc., challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey covering entries in 2017-18. #20-00015. Filed Jan. 22.

Ferrostaal Metals GmbH and VNSTEEL -- Phu My Flat Steel Co Ltd., challenging Commerce's final determination that imports of cold-rolled steel from Vietnam are circumventing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on cold-rolled steel from South Korea (see 1912230042). #20-00018. Filed Jan. 24.
