The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Jan. 13-19:

Fit for Life LLC, on the classification of balance ball chairs. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9506.91.0030 (4.6%). Fit for Life says it should have instead been classified under subheading 9401.80.4046 (free). #20-00006. Filed Jan. 14.

Carbon Activated Tianjin Co., Ltd., Carbon Activated Corporation, and Datong Juqiang Activated Carbon Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on activated carbon from China covering entries in 2017-18. #20-00007. Filed Jan. 14.

New American Keg, d/b/a American Keg Company, challenging Commerce's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on refillable stainless steel kegs from China. #20-00008. Filed Jan. 15.

Asociacion Mexicana de Horticultura Protegida, A.C., Asociacion de Productores de Hortalizas del Yaqui y Mayo, Confederacion de Asociaciones Agricolas del Estado de Sinaloa, A.C., Consejo Agricola de Baja California, A.C., and Sistema Producto Tomate, challenging the Interntional Trade Commission's final injury determination in the suspended antidumping duty investigation on fresh tomatoes from Mexico. #20-00009. Filed Jan. 15.

Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and Borusan Mannesmann Pipe U.S. Inc., seeking, via a class action lawsuit, a refund of all Section 232 tariffs paid on steel products. BMB claims the refunds should be granted because the Section 232 tariffs were an unconstitutional delegation of congressional authority. #20-00010. Filed Jan. 16.

POSCO Vietnam Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final determination that imports of cold-rolled steel from Vietnam are circumventing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on cold-rolled steel from South Korea (see 1912230042). #20-00011. Filed Jan. 17.

Borusan Mannesmann Pipe U.S., Inc., challenging Commerce's denial of its requests for exclusions from Section 232 tariffs on steel products. #20-00012. Filed Jan. 17.
